K.L. Charles Architects, Inc. was founded in February 1996 by California licensed architect, Keith La Mont Charles. In May of 1996, we opened our first office in the City of Santa Fe Springs, California with 3 employees. K.L. Charles Architects, Inc. is supported by over 50 years of experience within the architectural field in the design of shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores, small office buildings, medical facilities, commercial / retail developments, motion picture theaters and residential. K.L. Charles Architects, Inc. also has extensive experience in conducting site surveys and the preparation of related reports to assist you in selecting the best site to suit your needs.

Our offices are equipped with “state of the art” computer systems, digital plotters / printers / scanners complete with the latest version of CADD & 3-D software, fully able to serve the needs of clients without the need of costly outside services.

We have successfully delivered responsive and creative solutions, effectively managed our projects, and formed lasting relationships with our clients and are intent on building new ones that endure.
